Lighting plays a very important role in clothing stores, which can foil the atmosphere of the store and set off clothes. But the lighting settings in clothing stores are not just casual lighting. Like soldiers, lights also have their own positions, and lights from different angles will also bring different psychological feelings to customers.

Lights are divided into four types according to the shooting angle: front light, oblique side light, side light and top light.

Front light: the light comes from the front of the garment. The clothing illuminated by the front light has a bright feeling, which can completely show the color and details of the whole clothing. Ceiling lamps, laminated spotlights and linear lamps are mainly used to achieve the effect, but the stereoscopic sense and texture are poor, which are generally used for the lighting of shelves in shopping malls.

Oblique side light: refers to the light level at which the light and the object are at 45 °, and the light usually irradiates the object from the oblique direction of the front left or right side. This is the most commonly used light level in window display. Oblique side light irradiation makes the model and clothing hierarchical and three-dimensional, and mainly uses track spotlights and ceiling downlights to achieve the lighting effect.

Side light: also known as 90 ° side light, the light is illuminated from the side of the object to make the light and dark contrast of the object strong. Generally, it is not used alone, but only as auxiliary light. It is also dominated by small ceiling spotlights and led spotlights.

Top light: the light comes from the top of the model, which will cause heavy shadows on the model's face and upper and lower clothes. Generally, it should be avoided. At the same time, in the fitting area, the overhead light of customers must also be avoided, mainly ice hockey lights and embedded laminate lights.

The lamp is like a guard, performing their respective duties. Let the lamp find its own position, project from the right angle, and show the most beautiful and moving side of the clothing to customers.
